Upon your request, either by phone or internet order form, we send you our free DNA sample collection kit. The kit is sent via first class US mail, it takes 2-7 days for the kit to arrive at your place (USA).

Sample Collection kit contains Buccal Swabs (similar to Q-Tips) for sample collection, instructions for sample collection and necessary forms for information needed for each person tested. The kit also contains an order form. The order form contains information about payment methods and mode of result report submission (mail, phone, email etc.) Payment can be made by American Express, VISA/MasterCard, Discover, Money Order or Cashiers Check.

The samples for DNA are extracted from inside-cheek cells. You collect these cells by rubbing the provided Buccal Swab on the inside of your cheek. This is a painless, non-invasive procedure; no needles are involved and it can be performed in the privacy of your own home. You don't have to go through the lengthy process of scheduling an appointment and driving to a facility for a sample collection.

There is no difference in DNA taken from cheek cells, hair follicles, or blood. You will get the same accurate test results.

The samples are returned to our laboratory for testing in the pre-addressed mailer envelope. The method of choice is Federal Express or Priority/Express Mail. Regular US Mail can also be used, however there is chance of samples getting delayed or lost.

After the testing (3-5 days) results are available as requested by you on the order form.

Testing can easily be performed even if tested parties are in different cities.
